Transneft started industrial operation of corporate information system for program management

2019: KIS Program Management Launch

Corporate Program Management Information System (CIS UP) of PJSC Transneft has been put into industrial operation. This was reported on November 21, 2019 by Forsyth. The solution is designed to optimize the planning, monitoring and adjustment of programs for the development, technical re-equipment, overhaul of trunk pipeline facilities.

The system contains a set of functionality for managing the programs of the organizations of the Transneft system (OST): maintaining and managing the OST programs, maintaining information on settlements under contracts and controlling payments of territorial divisions.

The solution was created on the basis of Russian software developed by Forsyth. Using the Forsyth digital analytical platform provides the possibility of simultaneous work with data on 15,000 Transneft capital construction facilities. The software complex is used by more than 4 thousand users from 52 legal entities.

The introduction of the system allowed Transneft to increase the information transparency of investment processes, as well as reduce the labor intensity and timing of reporting and analytical materials.

The system is intended for providing in a common information space of business process automation of formation, coordination, a statement, maintaining and control of the production reporting of divisions, and also reductions of time expenditure on processing and maintaining production reports.
