2019: Integration of VKS of TrueConf into the web portal
On November 21, 2019 TrueConf company together with ClinicTracker announced technology partnership within which service for clinics and medical institutions was created. The joint solution of the companies provides to patients remote video consultations with the help of the normal browser and without installation of additional applications.
According to the company, for November, 2019 researches show that more and more patients at the appeal to clinic are interested in an opportunity to communicate with attending physicians on the Internet. With respect thereto among hospitals demand for the protected telemedicine systems and the innovative solutions for remote assistance grows. TrueConf became the technology partner of the American ClinicTracker.
Development teams of ClinicTracker and TrueConf integrated VKS into the ClinicTracker web portal using tools for development of TrueConf API. As a result of the company created a full-fledged online service for medical institutions which serves for communications between doctors and patients and also for rendering remote professional medical care by the protected video conference. At this ClinicTracker it is also used by the American clinics for training of young specialists, internal communication, holding of conferences and medical consultations. The joint solution TrueConf and ClinicTracker works in any desktop and the majority of mobile browsers, and does not require installation of additional expansions.
