The Nizhnevartovsk research and design institute of oil industry Nizhnevartovsknipineft solves complex problems of arrangement of the oil and gas fields located in regions with a different environment and differing in saturated industrial infrastructure. Main customers of Society are such oil companies as JSC Slavneft-Megionneftegaz, JSC TNK-BP, JSC Aganneftegazgeologiya, Vanyeganneft LLC and others. The institute actively cooperates with the domestic and foreign scientific organizations and developers of technology equipment.

Nizhnevartovsknipineft institute SIBNIINP and Giprotyumenneftegaz was formed in the 1970th in the city of Nizhnevartovsk on the basis of branches of the Tyumen institutes. The institute solves complex problems of arrangement of the oil and gas fields located in regions with a different environment and differing in saturated industrial infrastructure. For last years JSC Nizhnevartovsknipineft took part in complex design of development and arrangement more than 40 oil and gas fields. Today JSC Nizhnevartovsknipineft performs complex design of arrangement Samotlorsky, Megion, Vakh, Arigolsky, Pokamasovsky, Polunyakhskoe, Vatinsky, Sorominsky, Borovoy, Uzunsky, Mykhpaysky, Permyakovsky, a left-bank part Ob, Russian, Kalchinsky and other oil fields, cooperates with the leaders of domestic oil production entering into structure of JSC TNK-BP, JSC Slavneft-Megionneftegaz, JSC Rosneft, JSC Varyeganneftegaz, JSC Tyumenneftegaz, etc.
