CONTROL AUTOMATION BY THE PERSONNEL OF JSC NIZHNEVARTOVSKNIPINEFT
In July, 2009 at institute of JSC Nizhnevartovsknipineft the large-scale project on automation of key enterprise management processes based on the End-to-end Automated System (ETEAS) Business Lux and Electronic document management systems and interaction managements of DIRECTUM which developer is the NPO Kompyyuter group started.
In December, 2009, after implementation of subsystems Accounting, "Management of material resources" and Management of transport in JSC Nizhnevartovsknipineft", trial operation of the module "Personnel management" began. Within two months specialists of NPO Kompyyuter carried out converting of personnel data, consultations of users of department of work with personnel, economic department, office and developed instructions of users.
The module "Personnel management" was adapted and configured by KAS "Business Lux" under features of personnel records of the enterprise: reports are developed for formation of the multilevel staff list, calculations for accounting of change of percent of the northern allowance, accounting of unused holidays of workers, etc. are created.
During implementation of the module "Personnel management" processes of formation of the staff list, accounting of the movement of workers at the enterprise (employment, employee transfer, dismissal of workers, registration of holidays, business trips, sick leave notes, accounting of combination, work on the weekend) and also accounting of information on training, certifications and career development of employees were automated.
Information entered into a system is used for automatic receiving not only personnel orders and reports on the staff list, but also for formation of the sheet of working time of employees of JSC Nizhnevartovsknipineft.
Using the means of the analysis put in the module "Personnel management" an opportunity automatically, without additional load of departments appeared, at any moment to receive selections on length of service, educational level and other parameters of workers in different cuts. Filling of an enterprise information system not only the basic personnel data, but also the additional information (about training, certifications, etc.) became important result that will allow to manage motivation of personnel.
In January, 2010 trial operation of the module "Payroll calculation" began. Now all data from the module "Personnel management" automatically arrive to specialists of settlement department of accounting that will significantly facilitate their work on payroll calculation.
