2018: Implementation 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8

Project objectives were increase in effective management of personnel (the complete solution for automation) and also ensuring information support of business processes. Company management of JSC AVIASALON (Zhukovsky) "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" was decided to use a product" The RG-Soft company acted as the contractor of implementation. During the carried-out works the following functions were executed:

• a system in 2 workplaces is automated;
• necessary initial settings are made.

The program allows to solve problems of implementation of the HR policy of the enterprise and comprehensive personel assessment at the modern level, correctly and quickly to process information on a status of personnel of the enterprise and to give the qualitative and informative conclusions about employees abilities on its basis, to plan training, development and career, to make the justified management decisions.

ZUP a System is accepted in commercial operation since 8/22/2018.
