2019: Implementation With: Enterprise 8. CRM CORP

Main objectives of this project were a possibility of independent use of the CRM system in the companies, management of the customer base, contacts with clients, working time, sales, marketing and other business processes of the company.

In a type of a wide range of the automated processes, it was decided to use the product "1C: Enterprise 8. CRM CORP".

The RG-Soft company having experience of automation of the accounting systems acted as the contractor of implementation.

During the carried-out works the following functions were executed:

• installed a system in 3 workplaces;
• necessary initial settings are made.

The program allows:

• to independently load solutions on the Internet;
• receive security keys and licenses by e-mail;
• to automatically transfer data on clients and the nomenclature to the CRM system;
• work in the CRM system on the Internet that allows traveling employees and the head to obtain up-to-date information about the state of affairs in the company.

A system is accepted in commercial operation since 6/24/2019.
