"The Renaissance health" optimized process of submission of reports of XBRL

2019: Homnet XBRL'S implementation

On November 26, 2019 the Homnet Consulting company reported that SK "Renaissance Health" optimized process of submission of reports of XBRL.

For the purpose of automation and simplification of preparation of the reporting of XBRL, the management of Renaissance Health insurance company made the decision on implementation of the module "XOMHET:XBRL".

The project was implemented in six months within which specialists of Homnet Group performed installation and tuning of a system on the Customer's server.

At a stage of test operation of a system specialists of Homnet Group provided user training from outside Renaissance of Health to work in the program and gave full consulting support by preparation in the system of the first monthly and quarter reportings in the XBRL format. After successful delivery of the test reporting a system was put to the Customer into trial operation.

Such processes as are automated

• work with taxonomy;
• data loading from the different systems in the xbrl format;
• validation of data on rules of taxonomy of the Central Bank;
• technology data validation;
• formation of a packet of the reporting according to taxonomy of the Central Bank, automatic collecting of indicators according to internal systems of the Customer.

As a result of the executed Renaissance Health project has the full-fledged system of preparation of a packet of the reporting (BFO, NSO) in the XBRL format.

The solution is compatible to the system of Wuchang which is earlier implemented in Renaissance of Health on EPS "Homnet: NFO" that allows the user to unload a ready packet the reporting for the subsequent providing in a personal account of the Bank of Russia by the button. Such function is available thanks to automatic unloading of data from "HOMNET:NFO" in the module XBRL.

For November, 2019 from the XOMHET:XBRL system employees already prepared Renaissance of Health and handed over the reporting for the I half-year 2019 under new Taxonomy of version 3.1 – audit of the Central Bank is undergone successfully.

The companies signed the agreement of maintenance within which Homnet Continues to Render Consulting Services SK Renessans Zdorovye Group on methodical and technical issues of work in the program.
