2019: Implementation of Bitriks24

On November 26, 2019 the MCArt company reported that SKL Group optimizes work and increases sales with the help the intranet portal on Bitriks24.

For the organization of joint work a few years ago in the company the corporate intranet portal on Bitrix was implemented. However its opportunities were strongly limited, and actively did not use it. At once several divisions initiated the project of renovation of the intranet. The most active business project orderers were the staff of HR department, managers of products and marketing department.

Em Xi's team Arth should solve the following problems:

  • Create space where the staff of different departments, the cities and even the countries will be able to communicate with each other and effectively solve working problems.
  • Develop the convenient tool for support of sales using which product managers and marketing specialists will be able to manage lifecycle of all assortment matrix including thousands of goods items.
  • Provide to HR department of a possibility of informing employees, feedback, increase in the involvement and motivation of personnel.

At the first stage of the project Em Xi's specialists Arth set and configured Bitriks24: An enterprise, developed the individual interface starting and internal pages, executed branding of the portal according to the corporate style of the customer. The adaptive design allows to work with the portal from any type of devices.

An opportunity to find a workplace of the employee is implemented: search in a surname issues not just record about branch or number of an office, and the interactive map of specific office with jobs where the required employee mentioned by the real photo sits at a table.

Function of creation of the opened and closed working groups is available to project management on the portal. In group it is possible to manage tasks, to keep the calendar, to store documents on the project, to monitor actions of a command in a format of "a live tape". Function of polls is available to decision making. In addition to standard opportunities Bitrix Em Xi's specialists Arth implemented own module of polls in which from participants it is required to prove surely the opinion during the vote (to add the comment).

Employees give each other a feedback using the Thanks function. It is an analog of "like" with an opportunity to add a detailed comment – than the colleague helped what are grateful to it for.

We estimated possibilities of the portal at once and began to use them actively. It became easier to manage a goods lifecycle. Instantly you receive a feedback from shops, all information always near at hand. It helps to react quicker and more qualitatively to requests of consumers, to create demanded goods and it is correct to advance them.
