The ministry of digital development and communication of Altai Krai masters additional opportunities of EDMS Case

2019: Acquisition of the license of the module of the local technologist and development of an additional report form

In Altai Krai development of electronic interaction in state governing bodies based on EDMS "CASE" the company continues EOS GROUP. On November 27, 2019 the EOS Group company reported about it. In September, 2019 Ministry of digital development and communication of Altai Krai, the main curator of creation of uniform regional EDMS, delivered before the company "KS-Consulting", the partner of EOS Group in the territory of Western Siberia, several tasks which were successfully solved and allowed to get additional benefits from implementation of EDMS "DELO".

Projects on control automation are implemented by documents in Altai Krai since the beginning of the 2000th years. Since the beginning of 2012 in the region the Single system of electronic document management of Altai Krai works, and for November, 2019 in authorities and local government of the territory the documentary space on the general software platform – EDMS "DELO" is created. For the purpose of improvement of documentary providing a management activity of ESED updating of versions of the main platform and options is regularly scaled, carried out, additional licenses are bought.

The next updating of the CASE system to the current version of Ministry of Communications carried out in 2019 (for what the special utility which is most automating process was purchased). Besides, licenses of the module of the local technologist were purchased and the report form is developed (it by request of the Ministry was created by specialists of KS-Consulting company). Earlier the Ministry of Communications already purchased licenses of the module of the local technologist, but in them there were additional requirements. The ministry uses possibilities of the module not only for local EDMS, but also for support of the Single system of electronic document management of Altai Krai. A part of licenses is selected to the staff of other authorities. The user with the rights of the technologist can independently customize a system under specifics of the organization:

• create and fill reference books;
• add and configure templates of printed forms and document files;
• change system parameters, manage accounts and the rights of other users;
• configure modules and subsystems.

Development of the quality report of preparation of documents became an important task which was carried out by specialists of KS-Consulting. Standard report forms are built in EDMS "DELO", however they are not always enough for already existing or added processes of the movement and document handling. Thanks to the implemented form the staff of the Ministry does not need to spend time for collection of information manually any more — to set necessary parameters enough, and the report will be created automatically. It allowed to exempt specialists from a routine and is more productive to use their time that, certainly, affects overall effectiveness of work of department.
