"Yurayt: Approvals and agreements" is a software solution which is created by lawyers for lawyers and which is capable to organize the correct registration, accounting and contract management in the organization.

• Agreements are stored in the electronic register, together with the change history — it is easy to find the necessary information
• SMS and email notification control terms of approvals, and the executive in charge always knows who has an agreement
• All are on a centralized basis notified on approach of date of the expiration of terms of the agreement responsible for agreements

The program for automation of the agreements "Yurayt" is integrated with 1C. The set of standard templates with a possibility of setup and also protection against editing is stored in a system. In the program for tracking and accounting of agreements there is a possibility of automatic formation of reports in "one cliques", including such important document as Liszt of approval. In addition, at any time the responsible or the head can look at tasks on approval, the status of the specific document and also the history of discussions and the made changes.

The module for registration of agreements allows to create electronic cards of documents to which documents necessary for review are attached. Thanks to cards the program provides automatic formation and maintaining the register of agreements.

Among program capabilities:

• All approvals are started according to the configured routes containing: approving, terms and an order of approval
• There is an opportunity to send documents for approvals by e-mail, to approve and reject documents directly from the letter
• The sheet of approval, time and average duration of approvals, approvals for the period are all necessary reports.
