DialogNauka protected personal data and categorized objects of KII for TTTs "Ostankino"

2019: Development of model of the violator and security risks and preliminary categorization of objects of KII

On December 3, 2019 the DialogNauka company announced end of two projects in Federal State Unitary Enterprise TTTs Ostankino: the model of the violator and security risks of personal data (PDN) according to requirements of the Federal Law "About Personal Data" is developed and preliminary categorization of objects of the critical information infrastructure (CII) according to requirements of the Federal law of July 26, 2017 No. 187-FZ "About security of critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation" is carried out.

The television center is integrated by a large number of communication channels with the transmitters of the Ostankino television tower, the organizations and telecom operators performing transfer of programs on cable, land and to satellite channels of distribution of TV programs as in the territory of the Russian Federation, and abroad.

The high level of reliability and compliance to all requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation for the organization of such level are some of paramount tasks.

Carrying out inspection and conformity assessment of processing and protection of PDN to requirements of regulating documents were executed in several stages and included:

• the analysis of the internal organizational and administrative documents regulating an order of processing and protection of PDN;
• determination of the PDN list, subject to protection;
• determination of the list of the information systems processing personal data;
• determination of the used means of protecting;
• determination of extent of participation of personnel in processing of PDN and nature of interaction of the personnel responsible for security of PDN;
• information analysis and development of the report on inspection;
• development of model of the violator and security risks of PDN and determination of level of security.

According to requirements of Federal law No. 187-FZ of 7/26/2017 works on object definition of KII of Federal State Unitary Enterprise TTTs Ostankino which process information necessary for ensuring accomplishment of critical processes were performed and (or) exercise control, control or monitoring of critical processes, determination of security risks of information concerning objects of KII of Federal State Unitary Enterprise TTTs Ostankino. Besides, within the project preliminary categorization of objects of KII "TTTs "Ostankino" was also carried out.
