"Aplana Business Resheniya" implemented the program robot in "Specialized depositary Infinitum

2019: Implementation of the program robot

On December 3, 2019 it became known that the Aplana of Business Solution company implemented the project on implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies in JSC Specialized Depositary Infinitum. Functions of monitoring and collecting of different information from the systems of the Bank of Russia, the CEC and Rosfinmonitoring were "transferred" to the program robots constructed on the Robin platform that was executed earlier manually. Infinitum became the first infrastructure organization robotizing this task.

JSC Specialized Depositary Infinitum renders services to collective investment market participants: to non-state pension funds, management companies of mutual investment funds, self-regulatory organizations, state corporations, insurance companies, banks and other institutional investors. The company uses modern IT solutions in the activity. Program robots became one of such tools also.

For project implementation ROBIN platform components were used two: Robin Studio (the module of design of robots using the visual designer) and Robin Robot (the module of execution of the automated scenarios). All project was implemented literally for several weeks that was promoted in no small measure by the architecture of ROBIN different from foreign analogs a possibility of creation of specialized program robots with the minimum completions. One more distinctive feature of the platform is that it includes machine learning technologies for work with unstructured texts. It allows the program samoobuchatsya robots constructed on it and to constantly increase quality of selection of necessary information from the text.

This project was interesting to us, first of all, that Infinitum became the first company in the industry which began to use RPA technologies. Moreover, Infinitum not just "hired" the program robot, and at once worked on perspective – created the Center of examination which staff underwent the corresponding training and now can create other program robots without involvement of external contractors, noted Pavel Borchenko, the chief innovation officer of Aplana of Business Solution company

Having implemented program robots, we could exempt the employees who are earlier involved in this process from a routine and allow them will switch to the solution of more important tasks.
