2019: Beginning of construction of network
At the beginning of December, 2019 in China construction national a blockchain infrastructure began. It is about Blockchain Service Network (BSN) network which is created by the State information center of the People's Republic of China (State Information Center) (SIC), China Mobile, China UnionPay and some other the companies. It will be constructed on a blockchain platform open source of BCOS FISCO.

The state information center, state companies China UnionPay, China Mobile and three other organizations already signed the agreement on cooperation, having founded "Alliance of development of BSN".
Details were announced at the first partner BSN conference which took place in Hangzhou where BSN also announced accession to alliance of 14 new organizations, including the cryptocurrency exchange Huobi. The CEO of the exchange in the performance noted that his company will help alliance BSN to provide training in blockchain technologies and additional researches.
It is interesting that though Huobi cruelly finished with the internal exchanges, the government of China invited it to take part in a blockchain program. Except the cryptoexchange, the alliance was also entered by China Unicom, China Telecom and People's Daily.
It is expected that commercial start of BSN is planned for the middle of 2020.[1]
