The Egoplast company brought the warehouse management system "iSolutions-Logistika" developed based on the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics AX by specialists of iSolutions company into commercial operation.
The industry solution of "iSolutions-Logistika" is already operated in Egoplast company. The project of automation allowed to expand functionality of an information system in general, without being limited only to functions of a warehouse. Implementation was implemented in three months.
Within the project, in addition to software implementation, the WiFi-network is unrolled, the system of marking of goods and work with data collection terminals is introduced, permanent network connection with head office of the company for increase in efficiency of work of a warehouse is set.
Using industry solution the following management processes of a warehouse are automated: acceptance and placement of goods in a warehouse; selection and complete set of goods for shipment; shipment of goods; internal transfer of goods for the purpose of optimization of use of warehouse spaces; carrying out inventory; marking (barcoding).
