The Chelyabinsk institute of the Ural academy of public service (EDMS - DocsVision)

Strategic task of institute - creation of competitive advantages of institute in uniform educational space of Chelyabinsk region and the Ural region. Implementation of this task assumes the corresponding policy in the field of quality of education including continuous improvement of educational process, process of management of educational activity; and also - development and implementation of the innovation projects.

In March, 2010 the management of academy signed the agreement on introduction to educational process of the DocsVision system. The possibility of DocsVision, first of all, is supposed to use for students of faculty of management within discipline "Information technologies of management" with the number of students to 50 people in group. By the curriculum for studying and application of the DocsVision complex it is going to take away:

• for specialty "Public and Municipal Administration" – 16 class periods of resident instruction, including – 4 lecture hours and 12 hours of practical lessons;
• for specialty "Management of the Organization" - 32 class periods of resident instruction, including – 8 lecture hours and 24 hours of practical lessons.

In process of mastering of opportunities of DocsVision introduction of new forms of work of students, including, and research is planned.
