The solution is intended for process automation of the general office-work of the company connected with registration, processing, accounting, transfer to archive and document storage, and also for formation of resolutions and control of performing discipline. Control of performing discipline is implemented on the basis of the list of the requests, representations and means of the active notification providing to the controlling persons the complete information about a status of tasks. Further gradual building of a system of solutions of the simplest option at which only the general circuit of the address and document handling, before creation of an end-to-end system of workflow automation of the company including a full range of electronic forms, reference books, reports, the detailed models of processes, means of reaction and the analysis of non-staff situations is automated is planned. As expansion of systems capabilities the organization of interaction of the DocsVision system with the information systems Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project is planned.
