The solution is intended for: - ensuring the automated support of accomplishment of the regulated process of consideration of requests for technology accession; - ensuring effective interaction of divisions of Executive office and power grid branches of JSC "MOESK" within a common information space, creation of the centralized electronic archive of documents on technology accessions. The project covered 13 power grid branches and Executive office of JSC MOESK - more than 160 users in Directorate on technology accessions and department of engineering support of technology accessions of Executive office, Services of technology accessions of branches. The routing subsystem on the DocsVision platform provides passing of requests, specifications and agreements on divisions of JSC MOESK according to developed on the basis of the regulating documents and practice of work of JSC MOESK as templates of business processes. Templates of business processes can be adjusted by the Customer independently in case of changes in an order of consideration of requests for technology accession. For providing a common information space in DocsVision the centralized file store allowing to save and use documents in electronic form was implemented (the scanned requests for technology accession, projects of specifications or agreements taking into account versions, etc.). Integration of a subsystem of accounting at 1C: Enterprise platform 8.0 and routing subsystems on the DocsVision platform is performed using files in XML format through clip books, at the same time the course of accomplishment of business processes at certain stages in a subsystem of routing is caused by change of the corresponding fields in a card of the request or the agreement in an accounting subsystem.
