2019: Creation of the IT portal
On November 29, 2019 it became known that the construction united company "Sibshakhtostroy" created own IT portal based on 1C:ITIL. In staff of the company for November, 2019 more than 2 thousand employees, everyone the IT service provides with a workplace and the equipment. 1C:ITIL was partially applied to the solution of IT tasks - he was used as base of the equipment, but at the same time movements Inventories were not regulated. Employees submitted applications for service of the equipment via e-mail or phone, many approvals became isolated on the director of information technology that slowed down error correction.
All requests required approval of the head. It slowed down workflow. Need for a system of accounting of requests pushed us in more detail to study functionality of Service Desk in already used program. Found out that in base a large number of users who do not work for a long time, and again accepted employees, on the contrary, did not enter into the system. To optimize the program and as much as possible to use its opportunities, the management Sibshakhtostroy passed an online course "1C:ITIL. Fast start in one click", organized 1C-Rarus. After a rate the management had ideas at once how to automate collecting and processing of requests of IT department.
- First of all the problem of identification of users was solved: 1C:ITIL was synchronized with the Active Directory. After removal of old users and adding of the registered employees accepted quantity it was reduced from 3373 to 1080 that significantly reduced load of base and facilitated work of system administrators.
- The portal of directorate on IT was developed for collecting of requests. On the homepage employees select the necessary type of the request, after that the letter to OutLook with already filled subject of the letter and a destination address automatically opens. Using triggers of the letter are processed and are automatically distributed between approving and contractors. For responsible for approval the simple mechanism of the answer is developed: in the letter references are placed also "He Does Not Agree" "Agrees". After the choice of the button the reply letter forms and goes to the contractor. The author of the address receives notifications on the beginning and completion of works on its request.
- After implementation of the portal many employees still sent tasks to a mailbox of the Chief information officer and heads of department. As a rule, it were urgent requisitions. Using ITIL also this issue was resolved: the mechanism of readdressing of the letter on e-mail which is processed by a system is implemented. The Full Name of the contractor is added to a subject of the letter, the trigger processes the letter and sets a task. As a result the Chief information officer can set the task to the subordinate and record it in 1C:ITIL at the same time.
- Printed forms are created. One - for the admission on export of Inventories to reflect the transportation fact. The second - a printed form of issue/replacement of a cartridge which simplified drawing of accounts. Now the document with indication of the organization for which the contractor makes out a bill at once is put to the filled cartridge.
On it Sibshakhtostroy is not going to stop: in development of the idea for inventory simplification, the status report on devices and studying of other modules 1C:ITIL - 'Quality Management of Services' and Problem management[1].
