2019: The beginning of creation of a system of the integrated logistical support
On December 6, 2019 BARS GROUP announced the beginning of strategy implementation of creation and development of uniform space of the integrated logistical support (ILS). Reorientation of existing solutions of the company in the field of the industry corresponds to the road map of development of "end-to-end" digital technology "New Production Technologies" which was developed according to the Decree of the Russian President "About the National Purposes and Strategic Problems of Development of the Russian Federation until 2024".
The systems of BARS GROUP in the field of the industry develop since 2016 and functionally close two large process: after-sale service (P:ASS) and process managements of pricing (TsO). The block PPO include accounting and maintaining history of number units and objects, management of NSI, the master of configurations, repairs, defects, resources, practices, claims, bulletins, analytics and reports and the general subsystem of storage of electronic documents. In turn, the TsO block automates business processes on management of cost value calculations, price lists, storage of the issued prices, calculation of requests for a quotation, formation of the technical commercial offers (TCO) and the settlement and calculation materials (SCM) ready to be shipped to the customer.
Strategic development towards ILP includes development of the module "Maintenance and Repair", the portal of the operator and the portal of customer service. Within the module MRO maintaining the MRO programs, formation of plans of a MRO for an object, requirements planning in personnel resources and logistics will become possible. Besides, standard integration mechanisms with the most widespread solutions in the field of the systems of logistics, an inventory control and management of documents (DMS) will be developed.
