2019: Creation of the database of patients with the unidentified personality
The president Russia Vladimir Putin supported creation of the database of patients with the unidentified personality — the people who are in a hospital with memory loss. The head states said it at the International forum of volunteers in Sochi at the beginning of December, 2019.
The chairman of voluntary search and rescue group "Lisa Alert" Grigory Sergeyev noted that thanks to such base search of thousands of people will be reduced.
According to Sergeyev, Lisa Alert in nine years of the existence (by December, 2019) made more than 62 thousand search of missing, in more than 49 thousand cases people were found by live. There is a problem when the person is in hospital, but cannot identify itself, has no documents, and he continues to be looked for at this time. With respect thereto there is a need for the All-Russian base of unknown patients to whom all hospitals and police stations would be connected, the chairman of group reported during the Putin's communication with leaders of the volunteer organizations.

Grigory Sergeyev thanked the president and emphasized that with the advent of such base thousands of people will quicker return to the family. It will help with search of elderly people with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, search of the small children or adults who endured accident with memory loss.
Earlier Vladimir Putin also supported the initiative of fixing of the term "street medicine" which would allow volunteers to render to the homeless the pre-medical help on legal provision. Also the president signed the law which allows to look for the gone children on a geolocation of their gadgets.[1]
