2019: Automation of planning and management repair work

On December 9, 2019 the SAP CIS company reported that together with the international airport Sheremetyevo planning and management of repair work automated. A system covered territories of terminals, the platform and also a part of the airport near the station. The project on management of repair work is development continuation the SAP experts in JSC MASh and is implemented by experts of division of SAP Digital Business Services based on SAP Mobile Platform.

Key task of Sheremetyevo Airport is effective and high-quality service of passengers and airlines and ensuring continuity of production processes. Mobile terminals help specialists to adjust operational and most complete information transfer about a status of numerous objects of the airport, to reduce quantity of errors and adjustments in the course of execution of requests for repair.

Using Work Manager SAP application on mobile devices specialists of the production block of Sheremetyevo Airport can quickly register faults, reading out a QR tag from an object and to enter data in the SAP PM system in the intuitive interface.

Advantages of use of mobile application of SAP TOPO:

• updating of uniform base of the equipment, electronic journals of defects and works using which control of a status of infrastructure of the airport and execution of all stages of repair is exercised;
• formation of the automatic reporting on accomplishment of repairs and the spent materials that allows to control expenses more effectively;
