2019: The e-document flow setup for integration into the Fair Sign system

On December 9, 2019 SKB Kontur reported that Lauren Kosmetik and L'etual for integration with the system of marking Fair Sign configured electronic document management.

The operator of electronic document management SKB Kontur gave to the system of marking Fair Sign the file with data on transactions with codes of marking of perfumery.

Service tested producer of cosmetics and perfumery Lauren Kosmetik who sent the universal transfer document (UTD) on shipment of the marked goods, and L'etual retail network (Alkor i Co LLC) which confirmed acceptance of the marked goods on the basis of UPD.

Participants of turnover should give to the system of marking Fair ZNAK information on movement of goods and announce its production or import, acceptance, shipment and sale. Products of SKB Kontur provide all processes which are connected with marking and the movement of goods: from production before sale through online cash desk.

Testing of transfer of UPD with codes of marking will help the perfumery industry to adjust work with electronic document management by that moment when turnover of unmarked products should stop. Obligatory marking of spirits and toilet water started on December 1, 2019. The companies are registered in the national system of digital marking and traceability of goods Fair Sign.

The pilot project on marking of spirits in which 720 companies participated successfully came to the end on November 30, 2019. More than 560 thousand codes are produced, 4800 goods are described.
