Implementation is supposed in 3 stages: 1. Conducting primary examination, drawing up technical specifications, the detailed analysis of the existing workflow system. Development and deployment on an object of the customer of an automated system of turnover of internal documentation and a control system of execution. 2. Development and deployment of the expansion to the system implemented at the first stage allowing to carry out registration and internal delivery to the entering and outgoing documentation. At this stage it is also supposed to automate sorting, search, archiving of this documentation. 3. Expansion of functionality of the system implemented at the previous two stages allowing to automate completely internal document flow (including implementation of application of a system of electronic digital signatures, routing of electronic documents at stages of multilateral approval).
