The solution is intended for process automation of preparation, approval and the approval of documentation to meetings of the State Office of Georgia. Allows to provide paperless interaction by preparation and holding meetings. Within a management system for meetings of the Government the architecture and the system interface was designed, personal work areas for ministers on the web portal are organized and the main processing procedures of documents are automated. Interfaces for the Georgian, Russian and English languages are implemented. Further connection to the system of all ministries is planned. Number of users: about 100 people, at the same time 25. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications.
