The solution is intended for automation of document handling of SMK (development, approval, a statement, use, modification). All documents will be collected in the uniform storage available to each participant of process. The volume of the database of documents in the company is about 1 GB today. Further integration of DocsVision with the accounting system of BAAN is planned. Number of users: 50 people. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications.
