Ostec-SMT implemented on Ryazan Radio Plant "Smart jobs"

2019: Implementation of the analytical complex "Smart Workplace"

In October, 2019 Ostec-SMT successfully completed project implementation on implementation of the program and analytical complex "Smart Workplace" on Ryazan Radio Plant. About announced this Ostec on December 11, 2019. Implementation of a complex was made within the project of reconstruction of the operating production workshop of the plant. Within the project all 66 jobs of the updated workshop are equipped.

The Smart Workplace complex is a development of Ostec-SMT company which digitizes and automates such areas of productions as accomplishment of manual transactions of assembly, installation, soldering, setup and adjustment which at the vast majority of the enterprises of the industry of radio electronics are controlled and controlled exclusively manually.

As a result of the carried-out works on Ryazan Radio Plant the system implementing functions of providing electronic documentation to employees, accounting and control of transactions is unrolled. Assemblers, fitters, traffic controllers, the manager, supervising foremen and workshops are connected to a system. The interface corresponding to its rights and tasks is provided to each employee. The central dispatching screen of 55 in size" in real time displays information on accomplishment of the current plan of production. For ensuring operational exchange of production data "Smart workplace" it is integrated with the existing ERP system of the plant. Thus, all services of the enterprise in a foreground mode obtain information on a status of production and the turned-out products.

Industrial furniture of antistatic execution of production of Ostec Group was also included in the delivery. On 20 jobs the computer hardware for work with the Smart Workplace complex was in addition installed.

Implementation of the Smart Workplace complex on assembly and mounting production of the plant will allow us to strengthen control of production and also to increase quality and competitiveness of products, chief executive of JSC Ryazan Radio Plant Alexey Sergeyevich Shirokov

In the near future Ryazan Radio Plant considers scaling of the solution "Smart Workplace" on all assembly and mounting production at which more than 100 employees executing manual transactions are engaged. By this moment Ostec-SMT is going to expand significantly functionality of the program and analytical complex "Smart Workplace" at the expense of "clever assistants" and analytic functions.
