Jet Infosystems: Information and analytical system of monitoring of efficiency of the organization

The efficiency monitoring system from Jet Infosystems solves a problem of operational collection of data and preparation of interactive analytical reports on organization activity. It allows heads of the organizations to receive in several clicks analytical reports with a possibility of detailing to the primary document.

2019: Development of IAS of monitoring of efficiency of the organization. Approbation in Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation

On December 11, 2019 the Jet Infosystems company reported that it in cooperation with the Center of Perspective Management Decisions (CPMD) developed an information and analytical system of monitoring of efficiency of the organization. The first the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation estimated work of the digital platform.

The monitoring system was developed for the state organizations with assistance of "The center of perspective management decisions" as the instrument of digitalization in the field of a state administration. Approbation of a system took place on the basis of data which the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation published on a special resource (code.ach.gov.ru/public^[1]).

The information and analytical system is implemented on the basis of open data of Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation and allows to see key results of implementation. In particular, a BI system analyzes the number of checks and expert and analytical actions, the number of the carried-out expertizes of the NPA, volumes and the number of the revealed violations, the number of the representations and instructions issued to objects of check and other data. We hope that use of this solution will be useful first of all for state bodies and also commercial and non-profit organizations for improvement of internal processes and achievement of good results, speaks the CEO of the Center of perspective management decisions Maria Shklyaruk

The monitoring system of efficiency of the organization is based on open source components:

• the core of a system is implemented based on the Pentaho BI Community Edition software product;
• server part functions under control of Apache Tomcat on to the operating system Ubuntu the version not below 2:04 p.m. LTS;
• for storage of the structured analytical data mpp DB Greenplum is used;
• for storage of images of documents — dokumentooriyentirovanny DBMS MongoDB;
• client part of a system works in internet-browsers Internet Explorer Google Chrome ().

The open architecture of a system gives an opportunity to flexible customization, and freely extended components give advantage when purchasing by the state organizations.

on the basis of open source of components we assembled the Russian analytical tool which is designed to solve problems of digitalization of government institutions effectively.
