2019: Development of TSC Rocket SBL

On December 11, 2019, Technoserv Consulting announced the development of its own TSC Rocket SBL product, which automates the development, testing and deployment of software for Siebel CRM.

TSC Rocket SBL increases the speed of implementation and output of products by automating the preparation and release of functionality for the system and minimizes the occurrence of possible errors. The interface allows you to track the status of development, testing and promo stands, understand at what point and by whom the revision was installed and when the error was made.

The system is quickly deployed and embedded in the customer's processes, with no more than one week of installation and initial setup. TSC Rocket SBL easily integrates with other systems that are typically included in the DevOps environment. The functionality allows you to form the unloading of tasks using jira, which greatly saves time. Also, automation can be supplemented with tasks from get, which are usually used in target pipelines.

TSC Rocket SBL can be interesting and useful to most Siebel CRM users. The product is aimed primarily at developers and specialists responsible for putting products into operation, and the quality of processes. The solution automatically generates redesign tasks, tracks errors and deviations.

TSC Rocket SBL is interesting not only for the Russian, but also for the international market, because Siebel itself has a certain architecture in development and is not supported by other known environments as Kubernetes and OpenShift. The main advantages of TSC Rocket SBL are: simple localization of defects, reduction of time for testing, prompt feedback from tests and quick backward transfer of changes, reduction of merger labor intensity and as a result - faster launch of products to the market,
