AVA ERP increases functionality

The new system interface is developed together with design bureau Umbrella (St. Petersburg). Work on the new interface took about half a year. Heads of the top and average management had an opportunity to bring any quantity of financial performance to a desktop and to reflect them in dynamics for the last year.

Besides, quantitative indices of activity of the enterprise are integrated into the system of indicators. In a project management system the chart Ganta with a possibility of its unloading in Excel is automated. Clients had an opportunity in a graphic type to control execution of works on the project. The chart can be built both on the project, and on division, the employee and on the company in general.

Changes within project management concerned also financial part. Clients can receive by the project not only separate financial performance, but also completely reports. Also the last system configuration gives opportunities to plan project indicators. Thus, planned and actual values are in one place and can be displayed in a graphic type. Besides, universal Java application is developed for integration with online store.

The new system of technical support of clients is brought into commercial operation. Now all on-line is corresponded with clients directly in the program, and this process became completely transparent for all parties. Besides, a system is integrated with Open Office.
