2019: Start of electronic document management
On December 16, 2019 SKB Kontur reported that the Evroplan leasing company started electronic document management with clients.
Clients of the Evroplan leasing company receive electronic documents on the website through the personal account "my Evroplan" now. Electronic document management (e-document flow) is performed in the Kontur.Diadok system of the operator of e-document flow SKB Kontur.
The service allows to receive originals of primary documents online. Now clients of Evroplan do not need to wait for a mail or courier delivery — exchange of documents happens literally in seconds. Thanks to transition to e-document flow also processing and document retrieval accelerate. They it is termless are stored in electronic form therefore at a request tax it is not necessary to touch folders in paper archive to find the necessary copy.
Electronic documents are not required to be printed is originals. Documents are transmitted through the Kontur.Diadok system of the operator of e-document flow SKB Kontur. The operator is accredited FTS Russia. And the security of a system is confirmed with the safety certificate received during independent check.
To make transition to electronic document management the most comfortable for clients, Evroplana carefully worked possibilities of a personal account. Electronic invoices, certificates of original cost, acts on the rendered services are available to clients.
Clients of Evroplan who do not work with the Kontur.Diadok system yet in addition to free connection, will receive special conditions on sending documents.
