The U.S. Armed Forces will use the ERP system of IFS Applications for production and maintenance in all arsenals, storages and the plants on production of arms within the Program of upgrade of logistics (Logistics Modernization Program – LMP).
According to terms of the contract, the logistics concluded between Management and IFS North America, it is going to buy components of the Enterprise resource planning and service for the next five years for the total amount of 9.9 million dollars.
A choice for benefit of this system was made thanks to its flexibility and applicability for a broad spectrum of works on production, maintenance and repairs. A system allows to raise efficiency of the carried-out updating of assets, such as land vehicles, launching rocket units, radars and also their component parts.
