Within the first stage of the project office-work automation, control of execution of documents and also automation of contractual process of the company is planned. The special utility of import of registration data will be developed for retrospective information input according to documents from magazines of registration which were kept earlier by the staff of office of KARO in the Microsoft Excel format. And also the solution on accounting a biletovkontramarok will be developed for the staff of the company. In plans — integration of DocsVision with MS Dynamix AX using gateway DV, automation of processing of business trips and also the organization of joint work at the system of geographically distributed offices of the company.
