2019: Implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0

The management of AMK Ryazansky LLC made the decision to pass to other information system which would allow to use technical methods of enterprise management, to implement other business processes and to expand functionality of work with the program.

As the contractor the Ekspert Service LLC company was selected by it the following subsystems and functionality of a system were implemented:

• Regulated accounting;
• Personnel management and payroll;

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

• Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
• Sale of the selected software products
• Delivery of software products in office of the customer
• Software installation on the customer's computers
• Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
• Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
• Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
• Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
• Individual training at office of the customer

implementation allowed:

• automate all basic processes of personnel records and payroll calculation, calculation of taxes, to construct effective schemes of motivation;
