"The first Bit" helped Phoenix company to reduce labor costs by 50%

On December 23, 2019 the integrator IT- solutions "The first Beat" announced carrying out for the staff of the company "Phoenix" a training modeling and implementation at the enterprise programs "1C: Trade Management" and "1C: Accounting". Besides, on the basis of the textbook of methodics developed by the First Bit, the staff of Phoenix installed in the company a system "Bits.FINANS / Management accounting". Automation of business allowed the company to reduce terms of preparation of the reporting and to lower labor costs by 50%.

The Phoenix company is formed in 2007 for creation of MMPK "Bronka" within development of perspective districts of the Big port of St. Petersburg. Phoenix is his only owner and the operator.

MPK "Bronka"

MMPK "Bronka" is the multifunction sea transshipment facility providing a full range of services in processing of container, reeling, general, heavy and bulky goods.

Phoenix needed to increase efficiency of accounting activity. Namely: begin to create analytical models, minimize risks of emergence of errors in reports, reduce reporting terms.

For this purpose the company management addressed in the First Bit. Experts of the system integrator held a training modeling. On it specialists of the First Bit sorted key aspects of accounting of the enterprise with a project team of Phoenix, created the list of functional gaps, picked up tools for the solution of business challenges of the customer. In particular, developed the plan of system implementation "bits.FINANS / Management accounting". Being guided by it, the project team of Phoenix independently implemented this program at the enterprise.

Besides, experts of the First Bit:

  • developed the automated procedure of managerial closing of month;
  • simulated requirements of regulated accounting in terms of economic transactions, their loading and the normative reference information from external systems, the organization of closing of month;
  • implemented the 1C: Trade Management and 1C: Accounting software products.

As a result in 8 months in Phoenix 40 jobs were automated.

Thanks to the implemented systems reporting term at the enterprise is no more than two days. Verification process of documents on inaccuracy is automated and takes less than 30 minutes. Labor costs in divisions of Phoenix were reduced by 50%,
