Scientific Research Institute Voskhod which together with Rostelecom is appointed by the contractor of the project on transfer of information resources of the federal executive authorities (FEA) and state non-budgetary funds in the state single cloud platform (SSCP) on an uncontested basis selected the contractor on creation of the first stage of a FSIS Management of GEOP. For 238.5 million rubles Mail.ru will be engaged in system development. The relevant agreement was placed on the portal of state procurements on December 19, 2019.
