Within the project it is implemented: - registration of the entering / outgoing documents; - the movement of documents on contractors at each stage; - processing of requests for connection of the organizations contractors; - processing of requests for replacement of service providers; - uniform storage of documents. The system created on the www.ric-ul.ru portal where any resident of the Ulyanovsk region can monitor the movement and execution of the request on repair and service of the house is implemented, having entered the address in the House Accounting tab (Population). A system is integrated with DocsVision. Number of users: 25 people. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications.
