Protection of the National Guard of the Russian Federation on the city of Moscow (1C: Document Flow 8 CORP)

Need of system implementation of electronic document management for Federal State Unitary Enterprise Okhrana National Guard of the Russian Federation based on the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP configuration (further – EDMS) was caused by lack of the uniform information database, complexity of document retrieval, duration of processing of documents and also inconvenience of control of performing discipline.

In the course of system implementation of electronic document management based on the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP configuration the following processes are automated:

• Registration and accounting of the entering, outgoing, internal documents, accounting of the movement of documents, their statistics;
• Storage and use of the documents registered in information base;
• Setting on control of documents: from preparation of instructions before finishing them to contractors;
• The organization of the reporting under execution of instructions, conducting reference work on documents and systematization of the documents registered in EDMS;
• Restriction of functionality of users depending on job responsibilities and also belonging to structural division of the Enterprise;
• Differentiation of access rights to documents.
