The medical center "Siberia" completed the first stage of automation

In "TsVMiR" Siberia (Sanatorium Siberia) the project on creation of a recording system and accommodation of patients on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform is complete. As the partner in implementation The Concept Grew company is attracted. System implementation became the first stage of complex automation of the medical center.

"The center of recovery medicine and rehabilitation Siberia is the multi-profile medical and diagnostic organization of year-round action located near Tyumen. The sanatorium is the medical center, largest in the West Siberian region.

The decision on implementation of an automated system of registration and accommodation of patients was accepted for the purpose of the solution of the following problems: queues on a front desk, lack of the picture "loadings" of the number of rooms, a problem of armoring of rooms and accommodation of patients, lack of control of payments and their planning, lack of summary reports.

Project implementation on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform allowed to reduce risks at system implementation and also to considerably expand standard functionality. The information system which allowed to solve not only classical problems of a PMS system (armoring, settlement/eviction, account management of clients, night audit), but also tasks relating to specifics of the medical center, in particular, relationship with insurance and travel agencies is as a result created.

System implementation allowed to increase effective management of the Center, to increase service rate of clients and also there was an opportunity to obtain operational information for drawing up the management reporting.
