2019: Implementation 1C: Document Flow PROF

In Tulaelektroprivod Ltd document flow was not automated. The management decided to arrange the workflow system. The Guild of Consultants company became the partner in implementation.

Carried out the following works:

• program installation;
• setup of access rights of users;
• integration with other systems;
• development of document templates;
• training.

A system solves a number of burning issues:

• document forms are unified;
• uniform secure storage location is provided,
• production planning is automated;
• mechanisms on delegation and control of completion dates of instructions are configured;
• templates of standard processes and standards of accomplishment are created,
• time for search of necessary documents is reduced;
• risks of loss of information at breakdown of computers and dismissal of individual employees are excluded.
