2019: Implementation 1C:MDM and Datareon ESB
On December 25, 2019 the Axelot company announced implementation "1C:MDM" and DATAREON ESB in UMATEX.
On project deliverables in the company the uniform center of data entry for partners and the nomenclature was created, validation, updating and deduplication of data and also their synchronization between systems is made.
Within the project specialists of Datareon company were engaged in product introduction and works.
In "1C:MDM" centralized operation by reference books the Nomenclature and Partners is configured. In reference books the Nomenclature, the Type of the nomenclature, Nomenclature groups, Cost items, Units of measure is configured work by systems subscribers. In reference books Partners, Bank accounts, Contact persons of partners and Contact persons consolidation of data from systems subscribers is made.
Setup of preprocessing of data, deduplications and works by systems subscribers for reference books the Nomenclature, the Type of the nomenclature, Nomenclature groups, Cost items, Units of measure became feature of the project.
Also in a work progress over the project points of improvement were revealed and changes are made to basic version "1C:MDM" regarding the module of processing of requests. The module of sending notifications on overdue tasks was finished.
Through joint efforts the team of the Customer and Contractor within work on the project checked and updated more than 50 thousand positions of the nomenclature and more than 12 thousand records on partners. More than 300 doubles of partners were revealed and eliminated.
According to the results of the project in UMATEX the uniform center of input and data management for reference books of group Partners and the Nomenclature was created, dissemination of master data to the systems of the enterprise is configured. Thanks to it the systems of the enterprise contain the up-to-date, reliable and complete information.
