2019: Representation of IT solution Atholl Markofis

On December 26, 2019 ATOL company provided IT solution of ATOL Markofis for the small and medium business participating in turnover of the marked goods. A system works by the principle of "one window" and is intended for the organization of accounting of the marked products: from marking, input in turnover, shipments before marking of a remaining balance and acceptance.

According to the developer, SaaS service of the company gives the chance to producers, importers, wholesalers and shops to work with all commodity groups which are subject to obligatory marking. This list since December, 2019 joins tobacco and footwear; further, since launch of requirements of the legislation, – goods of light industry, spirits, cameras, buses, milk, tobacco alternative, bicycles and frames, wheelchairs, mineral water and another.

As noted in ATOL, the feature of the solution is that ATOL Markofis allows to make in one personal account all necessary actions for work with the marked goods, integrating interaction with user interfaces of systems "Fair ZNAK" GS1, a control station orders of codes of marking (SUSA). Electronic document management, required for operations on marking, it is built in a system and implemented based on the platform of the company E-COM.

"Business had not a lot of time for preparation for requirements of the legislation. Since March 1, 2020 will become effective prohibition on turnover of unmarked footwear, on July 1, 2020 – tobacco. In the nearest future the statement of terms and rules of work with unmarked products in such directions as clothes, buses and tire covers, spirits, toilet water, cameras and flashing lamps is expected, then requirements for other products will appear. Such solutions as ATOL Markofis help small and medium-sized companies not only to correspond to the law, but also to optimize work with the marked products due to consolidation of functions in one personal account and the built-in e-document flow", 'Yulia Rusinova, the development director of fiscal solutions ATOL noted'

According to the statement of the developer, service will allow producers, wholesale companies and importers of the marked goods:

• get a unique identifier of GTIN with the description of goods;
• order codes of marking;
• aggregate and disaggregate codes of marking;
• print codes of marking;
• introduce the marked goods into circulation;
• work with the list of partners;
• create the universal transfer documents (UTD).

The functionality for retail gives an opportunity to shops to introduce into circulation and to legally implement goods which were not marked by production or import (work with a remaining balance), with approach of term of obligatory marking – to continue to accept deliveries of the marked goods. Among functions:

• receiving GTIN;
• order of codes of marking;
• check of an order status;
• printing of codes of marking;
• input in turnover;
• adding of partners;
• work with the list of the entering UPD;
• verification of codes of marking;
• informing supplier on discrepancies and deviations.

According to the developer, the software will interest the companies which have no solution for automation of trade, the entrepreneurs using software yet, not corresponding to the legislation or requiring compound integration and also other organizations.

ATOL is going to integrate the solution with own equipment and software and third-party solutions. In January, 2020 integration with LK Nyyudzherov, later – with the software of Frontol and also with the third-party stock count systems is planned.
