Within the project several standard configurations – the clerk of head office, the clerk of remote office (70), the clerk of branch, the controller, the head of department, the assistant administrator are implemented. It is performed: document registration on all platforms, the centralized control, delivery to heads of divisions, introduction of resolutions, tracking of lifecycles of regulating documents and agreements, registration of internal document flow between platforms (using cards of registers of transfer - new type of a card). Number of users: 100 people, about 70 territorial and remote platforms (head office - SPb, Branch - Moscow, remote structural divisions in the cities of Russia), one DocsVision server. Communication between platforms is performed within a single network. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Management of a Rotsessama applications, development dopolnitelnykhkartochek on the platform.
