2019: Start of sales "Program and methodical integration complex "1S:PMIK"

1C Company announced on December 26, 2019 start of sales of software product "1S:PMIK" on a technology platform of 1C:Enterprise 8. The product is developed jointly by 1C Company and FORUS Group.

The recommended retail price "1S:PMIK.PROF" is 599,000 rubles, "1S:PMIK.REGION" – 2,999,000 rubles.

Program and methodical integration complex "1S:PMIK" is intended for providing the organization of complete process of budget implementation by means of embedding of processes of accounting in it for the purpose of timely recognition of transactions:

• finishing budgetary appropriations and limits of budget commitments;
• acceptances and obligation fulfillments.

The product provides information exchange between the systems of financial and economic activity of organizations of the budget sphere (FHD of organizations) and control systems of budget implementation of publicly legal formation of the subject of the Russian Federation (PPO of the subject of the Russian Federation).

The program and methodical integration complex consists of two main parts (called further by subsystems) – the transport module (TM) and the adapter of the systems of financial and economic activities (Adapterfkhd).

The subsystem of TM is implemented in the form of a configuration for independent use, or expansion for connection to the manager of 1C: Fresh or to other managing configurations.

The subsystem Adapterfkhd is implemented in the form of expansion for information systems FHD of organizations.

Both subsystems are implemented on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

Application of program and methodical complex "1S:PMIK" consists in streamlining of processing and management of information processing in interaction of the FHD systems of PPO organizations of the subject of the Russian Federation.

Management of information streams and processing procedures performs transport module. The transport module interacts with the system of budget implementation and, on the other hand, with the connected FHD systems of organizations. Interaction of transport module with the FHD systems of organizations is performed using functionality of the FHD adapter of organizations. The Adapterfkhd expansion should be connected to each system interacting with transport module.

Functionally in an integration packet two operation modes are selected:

• In the mode of setup connection of the organizations, adjustment of parameters and installation of parameters for the execution mode is performed;
• In the mode of execution regular accomplishment of the configured processing is performed.

Work in both modes is carried out at the same time, namely, development and setup of new processes does not influence execution of existing. Only at corrections of settings of the existing processes the managed execution delays are possible

Interaction with control systems of budget implementation of PPO of the subject of the Russian Federation

In interaction with services of control systems of budget implementation of PPO of the subject of the Russian Federation the complex provides accomplishment of functions:

• information message exchange with services of control systems of budget implementation according to attributes of access for participants of information exchange;
• Maintaining queues of the accepted/sent messages for each organization connected to information exchange;
• Ensuring the guaranteed delivery of messages to organizations (the FHD systems of organizations);
• storages of the transferred/accepted messages of information exchange;
• determination of terms and need of storage of messages by means of setup of a complex;
• verifications of technology electronic signatures of senders;
• integrity checkings of the received messages;
• sendings confirmations to the sender about the results of check signed with technology EDS;
• maintaining, storage and information processing by FHD organizations of organizations;
• determinations (setup) of routes of the direction of the messages received from systems * control in information systems FHD of organizations";
• routings of the acquired information to organizations (the FHD systems of organizations);
• maintaining magazines of an event of information exchange.

At execution of processing mechanisms of identification, handshake, audit, tasks, notifications are involved.

The mechanism of identification provides uniquely identifying of the accessory coming to information to a certain copy of processing

The handshake mechanism provides information delivery reliability from the receiver to a source

The mechanism of audit provides:

• Identification of the processing stopped for the different reasons;
• Recovery of, whenever possible, stopped processes, in case of impossibility of recovery, preparation of information for the notification on an emergency situation.
• Monitoring of course of execution of processing is responsible for collecting and submission of statistical and operational information about course of execution of processes.

The mechanism of notifications is intended for informing administrators on the arisen emergency situations as a result of the errors which led to stops of processes and also about the recovered processes by the audit mechanism.
