Project objective – creation of the integrated tool for control of sales and approval of agreements based on Smart Start for DocsVision and the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. All levels of sales process, including processing of purchasing requests are automated. The solution integration mechanism with the accounting system of 1C by orders of the product directory and receivables is created. A set of additional reports on tracking of debt, to the closed possible transactions, the project status, time of absence of managers at office, etc. is also developed. The specialized module "Workplace of the Head" intended for consolidation of analytical information on activity of the company from different information systems is developed. The module is implemented in the form of the web application based on Windows SharePoint Services. Number of users: 25 people. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications.
