The supplier of Bolt.Py fixture implemented the Scan Archive program

2019: Completion of implementation Scan Archive

On December 27, 2019 the Gendalf company reported that the supplier of Bolt.Py fixture completed implementation of the Scan Archive program.

"Bolt.Py" is engaged in the wholesale supplies of fixture through the whole country. During operating time in the company a huge number of documents which are difficult for looking for in archive collected. The amount of document flow is big: only one document type a day about 100 pieces can arrive. Their classification and search manually took a lot of time accounting in which only 3 persons work.

For automation and simplification of this process made the decision to set "Scan Archive". Accountants learned about it on the Internet: looked for the program with the necessary functions – including integration with 1C. It was important as in the company use "1C: Enterprise Accounting".

Before on search of one document manually on each request at accountants 20 minutes left on average. With implementation "Scan Archive" the situation changed. Now to go to storage of documents there is no need – they find the necessary document in the program for couple of clicks.

For Bolt.Py the help "Scan Archive" in preparation of reports on requests tax became not less important. This process accelerated by 5 times. The document package using the Export Scan Images function can be unloaded in the separate folder and to send to tax in several minutes.

Thanking "Scan Archive" our accountants do not spend time for long document retrieval any more. We send originals to paper archive because in the program it is possible to receive at any time necessary the scan images. We seldom use this function in work with partners, but it perfectly helps by preparation for counter checks of tax. I can tell that "Scan Archive" - the convenient program which copes with the tasks.
