As notes the Vademec portal, in the middle of December, 2019 in oncology dispensary the first demonstration operation on a laparoscopic resection of a sigmovidny gut executed on surgical system 4K using unique technology of hybrid energy of production of Olympus company was successfully performed. Intervention was executed by a team of doctors headed by the head of group of low-invasive and pelvic surgery of scientific research institute of urology and intervention radiology of N.A. Lopatkin (NMITs of radiology of the Russian Ministry of Health) Arsen Rasulov.

In the new body of the Kursk oncology center there are 8 departments, 10 operating rooms, 22 beds in intensive care unit, 400 people can undergo treatment permanently, 600 - is out-patient. It is no more than four seats in chambers. All beds modern surgical. In chamber it is obligatory to eat a bathroom.

Operating rooms are equipped with the modern surgical and endoscopic equipment, the x-ray equipment, computer and magnetic and resonant tomographs, the head of Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare Mikhail Murashko reported.

Construction of medical institution was conducted since 2011 and it cost 3.5 billion rubles, about 1 billion more were spent for equipment.[1]
