2020: Start of service

At the beginning of 2020 from Ukraine earned electronic superservice for a design of newborns. It is called "e-kid" and allows to use only one document instead of 37.

We integrated 10 public services connected with the child's birth in one. Now parents will be able directly to receive in maternity hospital a number of public services for parents of babies. It will be possible to receive complex service as well at home via the Internet, and in TsNAP [The center nadannya adm_n_strativny poslug — the Center of providing administrative services] —  the prime minister Alexey Goncharuk reported in the Telegram channel.

1 document instead of 37. In Ukraine started electronic superservice for a design of newborns

According to him, young parents from the moment of the birth of the child will spend more time for his education instead of a long design of different document packages.

Pair in the Kharkiv city perinatal center became the first parents who used service. Within January, 2020 the e-kid will earn in 10 Ukrainian cities: Kiev, Dnieper, Odessa, Zaporizhia, Exactly, Kryvyi Rih, Lviv, Lutsk, Vinnytsia and Mariupol.[1]

Within e-malysh service the following services are provided:

  • State registration of the birth of the child;
  • Registration of the place of residence of the been born child;
  • Purpose of a benefit at the child's birth;
  • Registration of the newborn child in an electronic health care system;
  • Registration of the newborn child in the State register of individuals - taxpayers;
  • Obtaining certificates of parents of a large family and the child from a large family;
  • Origin of the been born child which parents are not married among themselves;
  • Determination of belonging of the child to citizenship of Ukraine;
  • Assignment to the child of unique number of entry in the Unified state demographic register;
  • Purpose of an extra family allowance.
