2019: Monitoring system implementation Manager

On January 10, 2020 the Digit company reported that "The Ufa modular production association" within the concept "Lean production" at the enterprise implemented the Manager system developed by Tsifra company for digitalization of machines. 34 items of equipment are connected to a system.

Based on FSBEI IN "The Ufa state aviation technical university" 10 specialists of JSC UAPO in number of 10 people were trained according to the "Increase in Production Efficiency by Its Digitalization" program.

Connection of machines to industrial Internet of Things — further development of a system of objective control of a production equipment and personnel which purpose is elimination of all types of production losses.

The monitoring system in real time controls and classifies idle times of machines by the different reasons, considers use of the equipment and automatically calculates coefficient of its loading, controls energy consumption of machines in different operation modes, notifies responsibles on emergency and emergency situations. Data exchange with the systems of preparation and production management allows to integrate machines into a common information space of the enterprise. For the management of JSC UAPO Manager creates tabular, text and graphic reports for work of production.

Thus, Manager collects objective data on operation of machines, reveals deviations in work of production and transfers this information to responsibles for operational elimination of the arising problems.
