The administration of municipal assembly of Vladikavkaz continues development of EDMS

The administration of municipal assembly of Vladikavkaz is going to intensify implementation of electronic document management based on the system Case developed by Electronic Office Systems company. The project is executed within implementation of the republican target programs "Electronic Ossetia" and "Informatization of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania for 2010-2015.

According to Vitaly Buzoyev, the deputy manager of administration staff of municipal assembly of the city of Vladikavkaz, implementation of the modern automation system of document flow, along with some other tasks, is included in discharge of priority strategic tasks.

At the first stage of the project 11 jobs and a number of options of a system were purchased. Also line scanners which are used first of all for transfer to an electronic form of the documents accepted from the population were purchased.

At the second stage of implementing solution installation at least of one workplace of EDMS in each structural division is planned. Earlier used workflow system did not allow to trace terms of consideration of citizens' appeals that caused violations of requirements of the Federal law of May 2, 2006 N 59-FZ O an order of consideration of citizens' appeals of the Russian Federation according to which it was necessary to give the answer to the address within one month.

The administration expects that the new electronic document management system will significantly facilitate work and will sharply improve quality of consideration of the address of citizens.

2015

February 2, 2015. In the Administration of Local Government (ALG) of Vladikavkaz^[1] since 2010 the implementation project of EDMS "DELO" (EOS Group company) is processed. At the beginning of 2014 a system was complemented with the solution "Archiving" thanks to what support of complete lifecycle of documents became possible.

Today the main task of the project is solved – created and complete information infrastructure of electronic document management functions. In plans – increase in number of jobs, including implementation of several mobile jobs Case of WEB. Integrator the partner of EOS Group in Stavropol acts as Business IT Group. 2013: Next stage of development of EDMS

On October 8, 2013 "Business of IT" announced end of the next stage of development EDMS "CASE" of century City administration of Vladikavkaz.

Project Task

Within the project which began in February, 2010 the main task – creation of complete information infrastructure for all organizations of a system of municipal city department of Vladikavkaz is solved.

In July, 2013 the Administration of local government of the city of Vladikavkaz took the next step to electronic document management: the staff of structural divisions who is responsible for providing municipal services and also MBU "Vladikavkaz Legal Center" became users of the CASE system.

Project Progress

At the request of the customer additional report and printed forms are developed.

For October 8, 2013 in AMS of Vladikavkaz about 130 jobs of the CASE system work. It is created and constantly the uniform base of electronic documents is replenished. In addition to standard problems of the registration of organizational and administrative documents entering and outgoing correspondence, in a system accounting of moving papers and affairs and also addresses on municipal services taking into account their specifics is automated.

Vitaly Buzoyev, the deputy manager of the device AMS of Vladikavkaz, noted: "System implementation "CASE" provided increase in efficiency and quality of work with documents, lowered labor costs, reduced costs for management, increased the level of control of execution of documents and tasks. Implementation was carried out at the high professional grade, in accurate compliance with the developed plans. At system implementation all comments and offers arising on the course were taken into account".
