AP of Vit Car optimizes costs for transportations

The motor transportation enterprise of "Vit car" completed the project of automation based on the ERP system "1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8 for Ukraine". Implementation was executed by BGS Solutions company.

The motor transportation enterprise of Vit Car is carrier of oil products for the WOG trademark, carrier of dairy products for the KOMO trademark, enters into Kontinium group.

In Kontinium group the corporate information system based on the solution "1C:Enterprise 8 is used. Management of manufacturing enterprise for Ukraine". The tool for automation of the motor transportation enterprise taking into account specifics of work and also for a possibility of data exchange with a corporate system and formation at the exit was required for the company of Vit Car necessary management reporting.

In a project deliverable difficult accounting of the waybills reflecting specifics of transportations of oil products, milk and dairy products is provided. The analytics of the cost accounting in the section of the following cuts is expanded: the direction of transportations, the specification as a car, the business direction, the partner and division of the partner. There was an opportunity to analyze data on leasing.

Besides, the module "Settlement" therefore time for the statement of the account / service provision act was considerably reduced is expanded. Accounting of non-commercial runs is also implemented and accounting of macro indicators of work of motorcades in which operational accounting using a new system is not kept. As a result the broad picture on all enterprise forms.

The module "Salary of Drivers" which is completely displaying the scheme of payroll at the enterprise is automated. Specialized reports are developed: "A status of the CU", the services provided by transport business, "The report for work of drivers".

Communication with the specialized program which is used for fast cost determination of works at service stations of cars is implemented. The possibility of rendering repair services between the organizations in the enterprise is considered owing to what the problem of correct display of costs for all divisions is solved. Data loading on gas stations from files of suppliers is implemented.

More than 25 jobs are automated. The developed accounting system and controls of motor transport allowed the management of the enterprise to optimize costs for transportations.
